Return & Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a return and refund in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or size
- The product significantly differs from the description on our website
- You were charged in error
Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items without original tags or in worn/washed condition
- Change of mind after 30 days from delivery
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special promotions (unless defective)
- Custom or personalized hoodies and sweatshirts
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors only in cases of incorrect or defective items, within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. The original item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return:
- Log into your Shopify account and go to your order history
- Select the order you wish to return and click “Return Items”
- Follow the prompts to submit your return request
Alternatively, you can email us at support@upbeatretail.com with:
- Your name and order number
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
- Reason for the return
We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for defective or incorrect items) via email or through your Shopify account.
Processing Time
We aim to review and process all refund requests within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method through Shopify.
